Two Cars on a Carrier
When loading two vehicles on a carrier, the most important thing to remember is that the heavier of the two vehicles should be loaded on the bed of the truck. The casualty should be treated no differently than any other vehicle loaded on the bed of the truck.
After the heavier vehicle has been secured to the carrier with at least four points of securement, the second vehicle can then be hooked up using the wheel lift at the back of the truck. This should also be hooked up the same way you would normally hook up a vehicle.When driving with two vehicles on a carrier, remember than the vehicle will be longer than you are typically used to. In addition, both stopping power and turning radius of the carrier will be affected. Be sure to practice this technique at the yard or in a controlled environment prior to attempting in the field.
TWO CARS ON A CARRIER STEP-BY-STEP

STEP 1
With the first casualty loaded on the carrier, back the carrier into position in front of the second casualty.
STEP 2
Lower and extend the wheel lift.
STEP 3
Adjust and attach the L arms to the wheel lift on both sides of the casualty.
STEP 4
Raise the casualty and secure the tires to the wheel lift with ratcheting straps.
STEP 5
Attach secondary attachment chains.
STEP 6
Secure the steering wheel using a strap.
STEP 7
Safely enter the carrier and begin towing the casualty.
