MTO Application Process
After you finish your tow driver training and evaluation, you will still need to apply for your Tow Driver Certificate through the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) portal. Your training record will be uploaded within a few business days, and once that’s done, you’ll be ready to log in and complete your application.
